Eggs
Which Came First, the Chicken or the Egg?
Bramble’s Egg chickens are free-range (not NPIP certified). We have a variety of chicken breeds, which results in different colored eggshells. They eat commercial chicken feed when the farm isn’t growing produce. They love kale, raspberries, melons, and pumpkins!
In addition to farm-fresh eggs – we sell hatching eggs, chicks, and chickens. Our eggs are available at our on-site market until we close in late fall for the winter through spring. We have fresh eggs available all winter as well – contact us for more information about purchasing eggs in the winter.
Note: We don’t typically wash our eggs. A hen will produce a coating for the egg to come out easier, which also keeps the egg fresh and doesn’t require refrigeration.
